Q. Do you use environmentally friendly products?

A. All of our products have been formulated to meet the highest standards in cleaning and health and Safety. We continually review and update the products we use to ensure we are in line with all standards and regulations.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes we are fully insured, with employers liability of £10M, public liability of £5M and professional indemnity of £2M.

Q. Can your cleaners unlock/lock and alarm the building?

A. Yes, our cleaners are fully trained and trusted to unlock/lock and alarm buildings.

Q. How often do you clean the site?

A. Our services are tailored to your specific requirements, from one-offs to 7 days a week.

Q. What times do you clean?

A. We can clean at whatever times you require, we are fully flexible, fitting in with your requirements or shift patterns.

Q. Do you use agency staff?

A. Our teams are employed members of staff, or PAYE as we look to offer our clients consistency with service, some services are carried out by our supply chain partners on our behalf.

Q. What services do you offer?

A. We offer a wide range of FM services, from cleaning, sanitisation, maintenance, site services and many more. Please check out our “What we do” page or drop us a line.

Q. How long does it take to carry out an anti-viral misting, and when can we resume use of our workplace?

A. How long is solely dependent on the size of the facilities that we are misting, once finished you can re-enter the workplace in approximately 1 hour. We will be more than happy to give you further details upon quoting for the work.

Q. What is your hourly rate?

A. Every job is different, not just in site size, but also the requirements and timescales. We offer sustainable solutions at competitive prices tailored to the specific task. We offer complete transparency in the works/contracts we provide, and you only pay for what you receive with no hidden costs.

Q. How do you price your contracts?

A. Each contract or job is priced specifically to its requirements. We will arrange a convenient time to meet with you and view the facilities in order to then provide you with a solution proposal including our transparent costs associated to the contract/job.

Q. Do we provide the cleaning materials?

A. Yes, we provide the cleaning equipment and the materials, which can also be left on site where we are doing regular cleans or can be taken to site on days of cleaning. Full transparency of costs are included in our proposal.

Q. Do you do one off deep cleans?

A. Yes, we do, we can carry out a one-off job, or we can arrange planned works on a re-occurring timescale that meets with your business requirements.

Q. What height can you clean windows to?

A. Using our reach and wash systems we can clean up to 60ft, however for greater heights we can use an abseil system.

Q. Can you clean our warehouse?

A. Yes, cleaning is what we do, from warehouses to workshops, offices to showrooms.

Q. Will the changeover to Fullfield FM be simple?

A. We have over 40 years of taking over new contracts, which enables us to make it as straightforward and pain free as possible. We will deal with all relevant legislation including TUPE situations so the only thing you will notice is the planned enhancement of services received.

Q. How are cleaning standards monitored?

A. We work closely with our clients to ensure we are exceeding expectations and provide monthly inspections with CSR’s which are signed off by our clients. In addition to this our Area managers and supervisors carry out monthly spot checks on all of our client sites to ensure quality and consistency.
